The Brisbane Plaza Premium lounge offers a pay for use experience, offering travellers the chance to use the lounge’s facilities, such as meals, drinks and showers, prior to their international flight. Being a pay for use lounge, it offers travellers that may not otherwise have lounge access the ability to access an airline lounge.

At present, the Brisbane Plaza Premium Lounge offers a five hour lounge access package for $66 (for an individual, non discounted). For 5 hours, this give access to a range of facilities that include:
- a range of comfortable seating,
- food and beverage offerings, including a made to order noodle bar
- Wi-Fi and internet workstations,
- TV channels,
- international newspapers and magazines.
The lounge is divided into zones, depending on whether you are trying to relax, work or dine.
