    Crowne Plaza Adelaide opens

    IHG Rewards members have a new option in Adelaide following the opening of the Crowne Plaza Adelaide. The opening also sees the return of the Crowne Plaza brand to Adelaide.

    It is also the third new-build Crowne Plaza to open in Australia during 2020. The two previous openings were the  Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour on 1 September and Crowne Plaza Hobart on 1 July.

    About Crowne Plaza Adelaide

    Crowne Plaza Adelaide is housed in Adelaide’s tallest building. Frome Central Tower One is located at 27 Frome St and stands at 138 meters tall.

    Guest Rooms

    The hotel’s 329 guest rooms and spacious suites feature the US-patented WorkLife Room design, a unique concept that caters to guests’ blended lifestyles. The rooms offers a number of modern features. For example,  there is in-room streaming via Chromecast straight to your TV. Other features include charging stations and in-room Bluetooth speakers.

    Of course, sleep is one of the things many indulge in while staying in a hotel.  Plush bedding including Crowne Plaza’s Sleep Advantage Program offers a sensational night’s sleep.

    The hotel also offers guaranteed wake up calls and an espresso capsule machine to kick start the day. Guestrooms also feature floor-to-ceiling windows, sweeping views of the city and beyond.

    The design of the public areas of the hotel has included a focus on connectivity. Complimentary high-speed WiFi is offered around the hotel. In addition, USB outlets are available in public spaces and restaurants.

    Located on level 10, the hotel features a show stopping rooftop heated infinity pool with city views and a 24-hour fully-equipped gym with the latest in Technogym equipment.

    Dining Options

    Inspired restaurants and bar concepts sit at the heart of the hotel. with two food and beverage venues on level 10. This includes Adelaide’s highest restaurant, Koomo, offering a modern menu with a Japanese influence fused with the flavours and textures of Asian cuisine. The second restaurant, Luna 10, offers escapism with an infinity pool and deck bar for cocktails, light snacks, and share plates.
