Kogan are offering its customers 10 times the Qantas Points they would normally earn.
Under the offer:
- Kogan First members will earn 10 Qantas Points per dollar on eligible Kogan transactions
- Non members will earn 10 Qantas Points for every two dollars spent
This offer is valid for purchases made between now and 4 August 2024.
Earning Points at Kogan
In order to earn Qantas Points at Kogan.com, you will need to set up a Kogan account. Once the account is created, you then need to visit your Kogan.com account profile to add your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number.
The number of points you can earn at Kogan depends on whether you are a Kogan First member or not, The earn rates are:
- 1 Qantas Point for every $1 spent on eligible products as a Kogan FIRST member
- 1 Qantas Point for every $2 spent on eligible products as a non-Kogan FIRST member
As a result, earning Qantas Points at Kogan.com is fairly straightforward.
Redeeming Points
You can also use your Qantas Points to pay for your shopping at kogan.com. This is not the best use of points but it is an option.
In order to use Qantas Points you select ‘Use Qantas Points’ at checkout to redeem your points. If you do this, you can redeem in increments of 4,000 Qantas Points. For each of those 4,000 Qantas Points, you will take $20 off your overall spend. As such, you will be getting 0.5c for each of your Qantas Points. While this is on par with other retail redemption offer, there are better ways of using your points.
