Velocity have now launched a promotion offering a 15% bonus when transferring points from a range of hotel partners to Velocity. The promotion is running between 12 November and 12 December 2024.

- Offer: 15% bonus points when transferring from a selected hotel partner
- When: Points need to be transferred between 12 November and 12 December 2024
Hotel Partners
The hotel partners that are participating in this promotion are as follows:
- Accor Live Limitless. Transfer a minimum of 4,000 points and get a 15% bonus. 4,000 ALL Points normally transfer as 4,000 Velocity Points. Under this offer, you would get an additional 600 Velocity Points.
- Choice Privileges. Transfer at least 2,000 points to Velocity to get a 15% bonus. Normally 2,000 points convert to 800 Velocity Points. During May you will get a 120 point bonus on this transfer.
- IHG One Rewards. Normally, 10,000 IHG One Rewards Points convert to 2,000 Velocity Points. Get a bonus of 300 Velocity Points when you transfer by 31 May
- Shangri-La Circle. Transfer a minimum of 1,000 points to get a 15% bonus. Normally 1,000 points convert to 1,000 Velocity Points. During May get a 150 points bonus.
Thoughts
While Velocity have regularly run transfer promotions, they used to run it as one big promotion. In recent times, they have split transfers from bank partners, hotel partners and Flybuys into different promotions, on different time periods.
