As domestic travel returns, hotel chains are making a range of offers to entice us to stay in their hotels. Best Western has just arrived on the scene with an offer of a US25 travel card after a one night stay.
The offer is open to Best Western Rewards members resident in Australia and New Zealand.

- Dates: 22 June to 7 September 2020
- Who is eligible: Open to ALL new and existing BWR members in Australia & New Zealand
- Registration: BWR members must register prior to departure on their first stay.
There are a couple of things to keep in mind about the card. Firstly, each member is eligible for one travel card. Secondly, it is an electronic card, and Best Western will send the card by email to you. All going well, this will arrive in your inbox within two weeks of your stay.
The card itself has a value of US$25. One of the nice features of the card is that you can use it at any Best Western hotel worldwide. On top of that, even if you can’t use it yourself, it is transferable to another member.
Best Western load the card with 25 US dollars. This means that the card will need to be converted to the hotels currency when you use it. This is not always the greatest exchange rate on offer. Even so, it is $US25 that can be put toward a room.
It’s an interesting offer. With the government encouraging us to explore our own backyards, there may be opportunities to stay at Best Western hotels.
