Hilton Honors Gold fast track with Visa Infinite or Signature

    MarkBy MarkSeptember 1, 2019No Comments3 Mins Read

Visa and Hilton Honors are offering Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cardholders in Asia Pacific a fast track to Gold Status. Under the offer, eligible cardholders will be awarded Hilton Honors Gold by staying 4 nights or 2 stays.

The basic requirements of the offer are that you must complete 2 eligible stays or 4 eligible nights in 90 days upon successful registration. If you can do that, then you will be Gold until 31 March 2021. That will give you over a year in which to enjoy the benefits.

You can register any time between now and the end of the year. So, you can shouldmake your request when you are ready to make your stays.

It is a generous offer. Normally you would need to have 20 stays or 40 nights in a calendar year.  As you can see, this offer only requires only a tenth of the normal stays.

Is Hilton Honors Gold worth it?

If you are likely to be staying at Hilton properties over the next 18 months, then it may be worthwhile. Gold offers some quite reasonable benefits, that you may find worthwhile.

Firstly, at most properties, Hilton Gold offers a complimentary continental breakfast as one of its perks. Some hotels even go a step beyond and offer the full buffet breakfast. This in itself could result in some savings on your travel budget.

On top of that, Gold offers space-available upgrades. Depending on your booking this could see you upgraded to an Executive Club room.

    Hilton Honors Gold Fast Track

The Hilton Honors Gold Fast Track offer is available to Hilton Honors members in Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East or Europe. In order to enroll, you will first need to be a member of Hilton Honors.

The first step is to accept the Privacy Policy for your country. Following that step, you will be asked for a valid Visa number, This requires you to enter the full 16 digit card number. I tried this with a Citibank Signature card, and that allowed me through to the next step.

Once your credit card has been verified, you will be asked to fill in a registration form.

Once registered, you will have 90 days to complete the 4 nights or 2 stays.

This promotion is open now and is valid for registrations through to December 31, 2019. Successful completion of the Fast Track will see you with status through to March 2021. To extend beyond March 2021, you will need to re-qualify for the status during 2020.

    Other Promotions

Hilton Honors are also running a status match challenge In that case you are offered a challenge based on holding status in a competing chain. It also offers a fast track to Diamond opportunity not offered by the Visa promotion.
