Accor has flipped the switch, and launched Accor Live Limitless (ALL) as their new loyalty program. This follows an almost year-long wait after the announcement of the change earlier this year.
To go with the new name, there is a new website and a new App.
Accor Live Limitless
The first stage of the change appears to be cosmetic. That is, the website has had a makeover, but the functionality appears much the same as before. Having said that, the website does appear less cluttered.
It’s a start. The new features of the program should be available in 2020.
Diamond Membership.
Diamond memberships are not online.
As a reminder, Diamond Members are required to earn 26,000 Status Points per year. This is the only way as there will is no night based criteria.
Over the course of 2019, members have been able to earn Status Points that count toward Diamond Status. Diamond Status will be available in 2020 to those that have earned the 26,000 Status Points.
Restaurants
Accor have started rolling out their restaurants program. The Restaurant program will allow you to earn points when eating at a hotel restaurant when you are not staying in-house. From what I can gather, for this to work you will need to pay with a credit card registered with your account.
Given that there are changes being made to the program, I will be updating various articles over the coming months to reflect these changes. I will also provide updates as new features of the program become available.
