Marriott Rewards have kicked off their global promotion for Quarter 2, and it runs from April 16 to July 20, 2018. Under the promotion, you can earn 750 Marriott Rewards points for each night, starting from the 3rd night.

The promotion continues the trend of SPG and Marriott running similar promotions. This time around, the promotions are almost identical. The main difference being the number of points on offer.
There are also discrepancies in the stay dates for the Marriott Rewards promotion. The headline of the promotion reflects the dates posted above, while the T&Cs match the SPG dates.
This difference though, reflects the transfer rates of point between the two programs. 250 SPG points transfers as 750 Marriott Rewards Points when you transfer between the two programs.
