The ongoing service will continue to operate three days a week. The initial seasonal flights operate between December 14 and March 24, and will now extend from March 26. There will be a small change from the initiall timetable, with the Thursday flight being brought forward to the Wednesday.

That means that the seasonal flights will operate on Monday, Thursday and Saturday (from December 14 – March 24). From March 26, The following shows the timetable from March 26:

Flt Num Route Dep/Arr Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Sat Sun
QF33 SYD-KIX 0930/1725
1325/2120
QF34 KIX-SYD 1855/0645+1
2250/1040+1

The service will be operated by 2 class A330 aircraft. These aircraft feature a Business and Economy cabin, with Business featuring lie flat beds.

An A330 had become free with the decision to reroute the the Sydney – London service via Sinagopore. This resulted in an upgauge of one A330 service with an A380, leaving an A330 free for other services.
