Qantas has announced that due to strong demand over the Chinese New Year period, it will be operating additional services between Australia and Hong Kong over the period.
The additional services are as follows:
- Return Sydney-Hong Kong services (QF87/QF88) on Wednesday 18 February 2015
- Return Sydney-Hong Kong services (QF87/QF88) on Thursday 19 February 2015
- One-way Sydney-Hong Kong service (QF87) on Friday 27 February 2015
The current timetable has these additional services being operated by a 747-400 aircraft.
On 18 and 19 February, QF87 will depart Sydney at 12:30pm, arriving in Hong Kong at 6:40pm. The return flight, QF88, departs Hong Kong at 10:00pm arriving back in Sydney at 10:05am the next day.
The additional QF87 service on 27 February 2015, departs Sydney at 10:00pm, touching down in Hong Kong at 05:00am on the 28th.
