The Priority Guest Rewards (PGR) program is the loyalty program of Event Hotels. Event Hotels operates the Rydges, QT, Art Series and Atura Hotels in Australia, New Zealand and the U.K. The program offers members discounted rooms, discounted food and beverage and other benefits.
The program is also aligned with the GHA Discovery program, allowing status members benefits hotels participating in the GHA Discovery program. In Australia, this includes the Pan Pacific and Park Royal hotels.
Status Levels
The PGR program offers 3 levels Gold, Platinum and Black. These levels align with the structure of the GHA Discovery program. When you achieve a status in the PGR program, the same status is made available in GHA Discovery.

In order to achieve the higher status, the stays or nights need to have been made in one of the PGR aligned hotels. That is the nights must be spent in Rydges, QT, Art Series or Atura Hotels. Any stays at other GHA Discovery aligned hotels do not count in Priority Guest Rewards.
One of the highlight benefits of the program is the discounts that are on offer at Event Hotels.
Firsty, there is the member discount available on room rates. This is 10% just for joining the program, while a 15% discount is available for Platinum and Black members.
There is also a food and beverage discount available to members. This is 20% for entry level and Platinum members, while black members get a massive 50% discount. There are some limitations and exceptions that apply to the discount, and these need to be kept in mind.
