World of Hyatt has kicked off a new Earn Points Faster promotion. Valid for stays from February 15 – May 15, 2019, it will be offering a bonus of 1,000 bonus points per night. Unfortunately, you don’t get the bonus on your first stay – you have to wait until your second stay to start collecting the bonus.

The following outlines the key details of the offer:
- Offer: Earn 1,000 Bonus Points per qualifying night at participating hotels. This include 800+ Hyatt hotels, participating M life Rewards destinations and participating Small Luxury Hotels of the World hotels
Earn an additional 500 Bonus Points per qualifying night when those nights are at Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels - Travel Dates: Stays must be completed between February 15 and May 15, 2019
- Registration: You must register for this promotion by March 31, 2019
There is a maximum of 50,000 points that can be earned under this offer. This is going to take 50 nights of staying in Hyatt hotels in the three month time period of the promotion.
It is interesting that there are an additional 500 points on offer for Hyatt Place and Hyatt House. There is only one of these in Australia at present – Hyatt Place in Essendon. Note that these 500 points don’t count toward the 50,000 points maximum – there is a separate limit of 25,000 points for these.
These promotions are always worth signing up for. Even if you have no immediate plans, I would still suggest registering.
