Qantas has launched a new  ‘Find My Credit’ online tool, that you can use to help find any credits you have with Qantas. The tool can help you to locate bookings that are up to three years old. This includes bookings that may have changed several times over the course of the pandemic.

The tool can be used to find credits for flights that were booked:

In order to encourage Qantas Frequent Flyers to use their credits, they are offering double points on bookings made through a Covid credit. In order to be eligible for the double points, you will need to make a booking using your credit by 31 July 2023.

Qantas has now put a deadline on using the credits. If you have a credit, you now have until 31 December 2023 to use the credit. However, the travel period can be any time through late 2024.

As noted, if you make an eligible booking by 31 July, for travel from 1 August, you could receive double points. You can access and register for the double points promotion here.

In this case, you will need to contact the travel agent.

Can I get a refund?
