Le Club AccorHotels has announced a partnership with SSI, that will allow members of the loyalty program to earn Le Club AccorHotels points for completing surveys. The new partnership, to be known as ClubOpinions, will offer members another mechanism to earn points within the program.
As a sign u offer, Members stand to earn either 300 points (for Classic members) or 600 points (Silver, Gold, Platinum) after completing their first survey. From then on, members will receive 25 points for short surveys, and 50 points for longer survey. For the purposes of the program, the difference between short and long is based on whether it is expected that the survey will take less than 15 minutes, or more than 15 minutes to complete.
What is ClubOpinions?
ClubOpinions is a new venture between Le Club AccorHotels and SSI. In the first phase of the program, members of the Le Club AccorHotels program in Australia, Brazil, China, Germany, or the United States will be able to earn points by competing surveys.
Each country has a separate Club Opinions branded Website, which will be managed by SSI, accented with AccorHotels branding. For Australia, the website is found at https://www.clubopinions.com.au/
In a later Phase two of this program, five additional countries will be added to the mix.
Earning Points
In order to earn points under the program, members will need to join the ClubOpinions program, and register their Le Club AccorHotels card number with ClubOpinions. There is a first survey bonus on offer, with Classis members receiving 300 points. Silver, Gold and Platinum level members will receive a first survey bonus of 600 points.
Going forward, the program will pay either 25 or 50 points for each survey completed. 25 points will be awarded for shorter surveys (which they say will take less than 15 minutes to complete). Longer surveys (those estimated to take longer than 15 minutes) will earn 50 points.
The points will be directly creditted to your nominated Le Club AccorHotels account.
