For the last two years, YouFoodz have offered Velocity members an opportunity to earn Velocity Points. However, Velocity has just announced that YouFoodz will no longer offer Velocity Points.
The change comes into effect on 31 January 2023. From that date, Velocity Members will no longer be able to earn Velocity Points on Youfoodz orders that are made via youfoodz.com or on the Youfoodz App.
YouFoodz
Velocity members are able to earn 1 Velocity Point per dollar at Youfoodz. In addition, there are 1,000 Velocity Points on the table when you spend at Youfoodz for the first time.
While earning points at Youfoodz is simple enough, there are a few rules to keep in mind. In order to be eligible for points, you will need to spend at least $49 on products. Any shipping costs are over and above this, and are not included in the $49. On the plus side, GST is counted in the $49 total.
To earn Velocity Points, you will need to add your Velocity Number during the checkout process. In order to get the points, your Velocity Number, First Name, and Surname must all match up.
If all goes to plan, you will receive your points 10 days after successful payment of your order.
Ordering
Earning Velocity points through Youfoodz is simple enough.
Through the website, you basically add meals to your shopping cart, as you would do on many online shops. Once you have selected the meals that you would like, proceed to the checkout. At this point you will need to enter your delivery location and the desired time of your delivery.
Once you have done that, you will find out the delivery charge. Remember, this does not count for the $49 minimum spend that is required to earn points.
And that’s pretty much all this is to it. For further information, head over to the Youfoodz website.
