Here’s some good news if you are a GHA Discovery member. Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), the world’s largest alliance of independent hotel brands, is growing again. This time, it’s welcoming four new and very distinctive brands. As a result, GHA is expanding its global reach and adding even more depth to its GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme.

The newest members of the alliance are Almanac Hotels, Regal Hotels, STORY Hotels and TemptingPlaces Collection. Together, they bring 22 fresh properties into the portfolio. This expansion strengthens GHA’s presence across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. It also boosts the alliance’s footprint in popular cities like Hong Kong, Barcelona, Vienna and Prague. At the same time, GHA is stepping into new destinations such as Zagreb in Croatia and Rabat in Morocco for the first time.

    GHA CEO Chris Hartley said:

Our continued expansion reflects the strength of our alliance proposition and the growing desire for collaboration within the independent sector. With the addition of these eclectic brands, we are further diversifying our portfolio and the value we deliver to over 35 million GHA DISCOVERY members. Each of these hotel brands brings its own unique identity and character, enriching the alliance network.

More importantly, members now have even more places to earn and use their rewards, from iconic cities to exciting new destinations. And if course, it makes it slightly easier to tick off the 3 brands if you are after Titanium status.

These new brands also introduce fresh styles, new experiences, and unique local stories. Together, they give members access to boutique design hotels, major urban landmarks, beachfront escapes, and creative independent properties. Ultimately, this expansion strengthens the entire GHA DISCOVERY ecosystem and makes membership even more valuable.
