    All Accor+ Explorer

ALL Accor+ Explorer is a subscription program that complements the Accor ALL (aka Accor Live Limitless )program. The program offers a range of money-saving discounts on accommodation and dining Australia and other countries across Asia Pacific.

Even better, as Accor is one of the largest hotel operators in the region, there are many opportunities to take advantage of the offers. In fact, there are over 1,000 properties across the region offering discounts.

The key ALL Accor+ Explorer membership benefits include:

    • Two annual complimentary hotel nights. These are provided on a ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ basis. You pay for one night, and the other night is free.
    • Up to 50% discount on room rates through the ‘red hot deals’ offer.
    • The ability to save 30% when dining out at participating Accor restaurants (up to 10 people).
    • An ongoing 15% discount on accommodation (available at Accor Hotels worldwide).
    • A bonus of 30 Status nights each year. This gives you immediate Gold status and puts you on the fast track to Platinum ALL status.

All up, the savings available could easily cover the cost of your annual membership.

ALL Accor+ Explorer Vs ALL Accor (Accor Live Limitless)

While ALL Accor+ Explorer works hand in hand with ALL Accor, they offer different benefits. The free to join ALL program offers the Rewards and Status Benefits typical of a hotel loyalty program.

ALL Accor+ Explorer adds on to this by adding the ability to gain access to a range of discounts. These discounts are available both on room nights and when dining at a participating Accor restaurant

    Program Basics

ALL Accor+ Explorer is a paid membership scheme providing a range of benefits across a range of AccorHotels. As Accor Hotels expands across Asia Pacific, so does the range of hotels where you can take advantage of the benefits.

The program offers benefits at the following chains:

    • Fairmont,
    • Sofitel Legend,
    • SO Sofitel,
    • Sofitel,
    • MGallery by Sofitel,
    • Pullman,
    • Swissotel,
    • Grand Mercure,
    • Quay West,
    • The Sebel,
    • Novotel,
    • Mercure,
    • ibis, and
    • ibis Styles
    • Banyan Tree
    • Cassia
    • Angsana

The benefits are mostly around dining and accommodation at participating locations. Some hotels do not participate in specific parts of the program.

It operates alongside the ALL Accor loyalty program, and it is the ALL Accor program that provides points and status benefits. For example, these include free Internet Access, welcome drinks, or Executive Lounge access for elite members.

Countries covered by an ALL Accor+ Explorer membership

The Accor Plus membership covers what is generally called Asia Pacific. This specifically covers Australia, Cambodia, China, Fiji, French Polynesia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Complimentary Room Nights (Buy One Get One Free)

The big selling point of ALL Accor+ Explorer is that it comes with two “Buy One Get One Free” room night vouchers. This allows you to get two nights and only pay for one at a range of brands including Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis and Ibis Styles.

There are some exceptions where you will need to book a three night stay, with one of the nights being free. These exceptions include

    • Art Series, Peppers, Quay West, Grand Mercure, The Sebel, Mantra and BreakFree hotels
    • Properties in Fiji, French Polynesia, Maldives, and Uluru

Depending on the property, this can go a substantial way toward paying for the membership fee.

    Accommodation Discounts

    Ongoing 15% discount

The program offers a 15% discount off the Best Available Rate at any participating Accor hotel on paid stays. There is generally a reasonable availability of these nights.

    Red Hot Rooms

Red Hot Rooms is a feature that offers up to 50% discount off rooms at selected hotels. This is an awesome offer and is the one that provides me with the greatest benefit.

Red Hot Rooms are usually released on Fridays. In many cases, they offer discounted rooms over the next two or three weeks, As such, this is a great offer if you need to book last minute.

As examples, I have recently found Novotel properties offering room rates of under $100 a night. However, you can find discounts across the full range of brands, including Sofitel, Pullman, and Ibis.

    Dining Discounts

The program also offers discounted dining at Accor Hotels. While you do not need to be staying in-house at the hotel, you do need to present your card at the time of dining.

While this used to be offered on a sliding scale, the program now offers a 30% discount on any party size from 1 – 10 people. If there are 11-20 people, then the discount is 10% for the table.

While the 30% discount covers the food portion, there is a 15% discount on beverages. This is now available throughout Asia Pacific.

    Exclusions

All that said, the discount does have some blackout dates and is not available on days such as Christmas Day or Mothers’ Day.

In addition, there are some brands and properties that do not participate in these discounts. For example, there are limitations at Raffles Hotels (where a 15% discount is available), and various independently run restaurants.

You can browse the current list of variations from the standard ALL Accor+ Explorer restaurant discounts on the Accor website here.

    Experiences

Members are also eligible to attend members-only events. These events cover a wide range of experiences and include such things as dining with winemakers, swimming with dolphins or cooking with celebrity chefs. These are typically packages that include accommodation and other inclusions and are organised in various cities.

    ALL Accor Elite Status

ALL Accor+ Explorer members are given a bonus of 30 Status nights per year, which are paid into your account after your annual renewal. This gives you an immediate boost to at least Gold status. If you can manage to stay another 30 nights over the year, you will get to Platinum status.

If you are after Gold or even Platinum status, that is 30 nights you will not have to stay in a hotel. If you are a status chaser, that in itself could save you many thousands of dollars per year.

You can find further information about the program on the dedicated website.

    A Brief History

In 1994, Accor launched the Accor Advantage Plus program, initially supporting hotels in Australia. Since then, it has evolved into a program spanning 11 countries in Asia Pacific.

In 2008, following the launch of Le Club AccorHotels (or at the time A|Club), it began to link into the program.  Deeper integration followed, with the AccorPlus now largely merged into the Accor Live Limitless program. The two programs now operate with the same card and account number. This allows members to take advantage of both programs.

In October 2025, the Accor Plus program was rebranded as ALL Accor+ Explorer, with changes to some of the program benefits.

    Final Words

I was a member of Accor Plus for many years and intend to continue with the new ALL Accor+ Explorer program. This is because the membership helps me save a significant amount of money each year. While it is limited to Asia Pacific, this is where most of my travel happens.
