If you’re a fan of HBO shows, you’ll be happy to hear that Qantas has announced that it will be adding HBO content to its In Flight Entertainment system. In addition to the new HBO channel, Qantas will also be adding three new Foxtel channels.
The HBO shows that are to be made available on the system include:
- Veep
- Game of Thrones
- True Detective
- Silicon Valley
- Vice
- Girls
- Togetherness
- The Jinx
- Last Week Tonight with John Oliver
Beginning in July, Qantas will be offering 120 hours of HBO content. In subsequent months, the channel will be updated with 20 hours of the US network’s shows and movies.
The other three Foctel channels which Qantas will be adding are Entertainment by Foxtel, National Geographic and Lifestyle by Foxtel.The content of these three channels includes:
Entertainment by Foxtel: Australia’s Next Top Model, Real Housewives of Melbourne, Aussie Pickers.
National Geographic Channel: Dead End Express, Brain Games, Animals Gone Wild, Cabin Fever, Outback Wrangler.
Lifestyle by Foxtel: River Cottage Australia, Grand Designs Australia, Selling Houses Australia, Village Vets, Donna Hay: Fast, Fresh & Simple.
The three Foxtel channels will also be updated monthly, providing a total of 160 hours of new content each month.
