AMP Bank Go offering double Qantas Points

    MarkBy MarkFebruary 2, 2026No Comments2 Mins Read
AMP Bank is offering a promotion where you can earn 2 Qantas Points for every $10 of your average monthly balance in an AMP Bank GO Everyday Account.

    Key Details

    • Double Points Promotion:
      • For a limited time, AMP Bank is offering 2 Qantas Points per $10 of average monthly balance (usually 1 point per $10).
    • Promotion Period:
      • The double points offer is valid between 2 February 2026 and  30 April 2026.
    • How it Works:
      • Points are calculated based on your average monthly balance, not on spending. For example, an average balance of $10,000 earns 2,000 Qantas Points per month.
    • Requirements:
      • You must link your Qantas Frequent Flyer account to your AMP Bank GO Everyday Account.

    AMP Bank Go

AMP Bank Go is a relative new kid on the block. They run an app-based everyday banking platform, which focusses on ease of use, speed and security. It currently offers some basic mobile-only accounts and looks to have been designed to compete with the likes of UBank or ANZ Plus.

    AMP Bank GO Everyday Account

The AMP Bank Go Everyday Account is a straightforward transaction account, designed for day-to-day spending at home and overseas.

One of the biggest drawcards? No monthly account‑keeping fees. You can spend, tap, transfer, and travel without worrying about charges sneaking in. Even better, AMP doesn’t hit you with international transaction fees or ATM withdrawal fees either, which makes this account surprisingly travel‑friendly

You can also set up the account in Apple Pay or Google Pay. This provides convenient access if you don’t want to carry cards around.

One interesting feature of the account is that it offers Qantas Points as standard. It is a fairly simple setup. Basically, you earn 1 Qantas Point each month for each $10 you have in the account. Sure, it’s not a big earner, but I use the card for savings on international fees and get handful of points each month.

    Final Words

The AMP Bank Go Everyday Transaction account is a simple, low fee everyday transaction account. On an ongoing basis, it offers 1 Qantas Point per month for every $10 of average monthly account balance. While you’ll never earn many points this way, I find the card useful for overseas use (no currency transaction fees, or ATM fees)
