Marriott International has announced the launch of Homes & Villas, a premium and luxury house rental platform, in Australia and New Zealand.
The launch into Australia and New Zealand sees the program add over 350 premium and luxury homes to the platform. These properties are located in prime leisure destinations, including Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, and Orange in Australia, and Auckland and Queenstown in New Zealand.
Homes & Villas
Homes & Villas is the Marriott Bonvoy travel program’s curated collection of premium and luxury whole-home rentals. Launched in May 2019, it provides Marriott Bonvoy members with more options when they travel around the world.
Every home listed on the platform is selected and managed to ensure it meets Marriott International’s product and service standards. It is also the only home rental platform to participate in the Marriott Bonvoy travel program. This tie-up allows Marriott Bonvoy’s 164 million+ members to earn and redeem points for all stays.

Homes & Villas also offers pet-friendly accommodation enabling guests to enjoy a getaway with their furry companion by their side. Marriott Bonvoy offer
Coinciding with the launch, Marriott Bonvoy is offering members the opportunity to earn double points on their stay. To be in the running for double points, you can book any of Homes & Villas by Marriott International’s 65,000+ private home rentals worldwide for 5+nights between 13 June 2022 and 22 June 2022. In order to be eligible for points, you will need to check-out by December 31, 2022.
It’s not all about the points. Members will also receive a Free Night Award valid for a future stay at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels.
