IHG Rewards have just released their latest global promotion. Going by the name of Reward Nights Faster it is valid for stays between January 15 and April 30, 2019.
Note that there is some variation in the name, with some pages referring to the promotion as Free Nights Faster.
In keeping with the promotions of the last few years, it is based on offering members a customised set of tasks. Everyone gets some sort of offer, with different members getting different offers. The minimum offer this time around is 40,000 points, but it is possible that you may be offered over 100,000 points in total.
You will need to register for the promotionin order to find out what your tasks are. Registration for the promotion will need to be complete by March 15.

11,200 Stay at InterContinental® Hotels – Stay at 2 InterContinental® hotel(s) and earn 11,200 bonus points.
5,600 Saturday Stays Bonus – Stay 2 weekend(s), including a Saturday night and another night, and earn 5,600 bonus points.
6,600 Earn More, Faster – Earn 6,600 bonus points when you book 3 Bonus Points Package stay(s) and get to your next reward faster.
52,600 Your Achievement Bonus – Complete 5 of the 6 offers and earn (an additional) 52,600 bonus points.
2,000 February Bonus Offer – Stay once in February and get 2,000 bonus points.
Thoughts
This is a style of promotion that IHG Rewards have now used for a few years. For a while, these promotions went under the Accelerate name, although they seem to have done away with that name. The final promotion for 2018 was Double Points plus more.
Depending on the tasks you are assigned, it may or may not be a lucrative promotion.
