Marriott: 1,000 bonus points + 1 bonus Elite Night Credit for each night

Marriott Bonvoy has launched its first global promotion of 2023. The Earn Twice Each Night promotion offers 1,000 bonus points and 1 bonus elite night for each night you stay. Unlike previous offers, the bonus kicks off on your first night.

Earn Twice Each Night Key Details

  • Offer: Earn Twice Each Night
    • Earn 1,000 Bonus Bonvoy Points + 1 bonus elite night for every eligible paid night you complete at Marriott Hotels Worldwide.
  • Registration: You must register by 9 April 2023, and prior to your stay
  • Bookings: Book between now and 9 April 2023
  • Travel Dates: Stay between 7 February 2023 – 23 April 2023.

Keep in mind that only eligible paid stays will count toward the promotion. In addition, these stays will need to be completed after registration, and during the earning period of the promotion.  You will not get bonus nights on nights such as award redemption stays or free night awards.

As the promotion offers double nights, this promotion could get you to a higher status in half the nights you’d normally require. As a reminder, the usual status qualifications are as follows:

  • Silver Elite: 10 Elite Nights
  • Gold Elite: 25 Elite Nights
  • Platinum Elite: 50 Elite Nights
  • Titanium Elite: 75 Elite Nights
  • Ambassador Elite: 100 Elite Nights + USD 23,000 spend

Of course, if you were aiming for Ambassador Elite, you might find the spend requirement to be the limiting factor. However, for all other status levels this promotion could get you there in half the time.

Thoughts

This has the the potential to be a lucrative promotion, especially if you’d like to get some Marriott Bonvoy elite nights under your belt. It’s also good that this bonus is offered from the very first night – none of this from your second stay stuff.
