Marriott Bonvoy Promotion: 2,500 Bonus Points Per Stay + 1 Bonus Elite Night Per Brand

    MarkBy MarkFebruary 11, 2026No Comments3 Mins Read

Marriott Bonvoy has launched its first global promotion for 2026.  The promotion runs for 75 days, from 25 February through to 10 May and comes in two parts.

    • Firstly, members can earn 2,500 bonus points per stay.
    • Secondly, Marriott Bonvoy are offering one elite night credit for each different Marriott brand they check into.

While not valid for stays before 25 February, it is now available for registration.

    Key Details

    • Offer
      • 2,500 bonus Points per stay
      • 1 bonus Elite Night per brand
    • Stays Dates:
      • Stays must take place between 25 February 2026 and 10 May 2026.
    • Registration:
      • You must register for the promotion by 26 April 2026.

Note that they have specified that this bonus is on paid nights. Some other things to note:

    • Booking channels: Members must book stays directly with Marriott on Marriott.com, in the Marriott Bonvoy Mobile app or through a reservations center. Rates available through most third-party online retailers and select travel agency rates do not qualify for this promotion.
    • You must have Bonvoy Points as your earning preference. If you have airline points as your preference, the bonus will not apply.
    • A hotel must participate in Marriott Bonvoy at the time of the stay to qualify as a stay night under the promotional terms.

The 2,500 bonus points per stay seems in line with what their promotions have recently offered. In some respects, you could see it is a bit of a bump up for the last promotion where they offered 2,025 points per stay. That said, the equivalent promotion from early 2025 offered 1,000 points per night.

The real eyebrow‑raiser here is the brand-based elite night credits. This is a change from recent years where it has been a straight double nights offer. Still, depending on your location and travels, you may be able to rack up some nights.

On the one hand, Marriott has more brands than most people can name off the top of their head. On the other, there may not be so many brands around the area that you are travelling to. Still, if you’re strategic (and maybe a little adventurous), hopping across 25 different brands could land you Platinum Elite with just 25 nights. That’s a pretty sweet shortcut to perks like complimentary breakfast and lounge access.

    Final Words

Marriott Bonvoy have gone for an interesting (even unexpected) offer for its first global promotion 2026. It’s an offer that favours those having short stays across different brands.
