There are many things that can go wrong while you are travelling. But arriving somewhere without your luggage can be quite the challenge. Technology has been coming to the rescue with solutions such as Apples AirTags.

Building on that theme, Qantas has teamed up with luggage label July to create a set of “industry-leading” trackable luggage.

The new luggage features July’s CaseSafe tracking technology, built right into the TSA lock system. No extra tags required. You can track your luggage using either Apple’s Find My network, of Google’s Find Hub. This technology is also designed to provide long-lasting battery life and seamless connectivity across global travel networks.

    Qantas x July Range

There are two different editions in the new range.  They are

    • Qantas Edition by July: This standard collection features a sleek midnight black design, leather handles with iconic red detailing and the distinctive Qantas logo.
    • Qantas Frequent Flyer Edition by July: Designed for Gold, Platinum and Platinum One Qantas Frequent Flyers, this premium collection features a sophisticated dark blue design with Napa leather handles and tan accents.

In both cases, there are two sizes – a carry-on size and a checked luggage size. In addition, they feature a Qantas luggage tag holder.

The new Qantas x July collections are available for purchase on Qantas Marketplace. The Qantas Edition by July is also available to purchase in July’s stores across Australia.

The prices for the carry-on starts at $375 while the checked baggage goes for $424. You can buy both as a set for $765

    Final Words

While I have not used July luggage, I have heard good things about their range. Certainly, many have commented on how they are designed for modern travel. Adding luggage tracking builds upon that (although I am not sure how often carry-on luggage goes missing)
