CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet

The CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet is a 12 week scientifically formulated high protein, low GI eating plan. It is designed to help you lose weight over the 12 weeks.

Run as an online program, it is offeroe quick and delicious recipes based on higher protein and higher fibre foods. In addition, there are a number of online tools, such as a food tracker, menu plan, searchable recipe database, member-only app, educational tutorials and a private member support group.

You will need to meet some criteria to successfully complete the program. This includes the need to show a weight loss over the 12 weeks. You need to both record your weight, and upload a photo each week to show this.

Other Promotions

There are other promotions that may also be of interest. For example, there is a standard offer of having your fees refunded if you successfully complete the program.

You cannot combine this with the Qantas Points option. If you go for the cashback, you are refunded your fees upon successful completion of the program.
