Hilton Honors has launched a new promotion offering double night credit towards elite status qualification. In addition, the double nights will count toward milestone bonuses and rollover night.
The promotion is running from 11 October 2022 through to 31 December 2022.

This promotion is in addition to the current Double Points promotion, and you can take advantage of both offers. Under the Double Points promotion, you can also receive an addition 2,000 points bonus if you check-out mid-week. As such, you can register for both promotions and get double nights, double points and the chance at for an additional 2,000 points.
The double nights will also count towards a milestone bonus. For example, once you have stayed 30 nights in a year. you are eligible for a 10,000 points bonus. This double night promotion will boost the speed at which you can reach that milestone.
Thoughts
This is a bit of a surprise promotion, coming fairly late in the year. Presumably, the fact that they need this promotion is a reflection that a lot of business travel hasn’t returned yet. It will certainly help those chasing nights to retain their status.
