Radisson Perth will open later this year in the new Sydney Charles Quarter (SCQ) in West Perth. Mandala Hotels and Resorts will operate the 120‑key upscale hotel, developed by APPL Group. The project marks Radisson’s first entry into Western Australia and strengthens the brand’s presence in key Australian cities.
Located on the western fringe of Perth’s CBD, the hotel sits close to key office precincts, healthcare and education institutions, and major retail and dining hubs. It also offers strong connectivity to Perth Airport and major transport routes, supporting easy access for domestic and international travellers.
The hotel will offer rooms and studios, a rooftop bar and restaurant, meeting spaces, and a swimming pool. Its design will highlight art, local culture, and curated guest experiences.
