    Eligible Flights

It is worth noting that the flights need to be eligible flights for this promotion. The key requirements are

    • Virgin Australia Flights: It must be a one-way domestic or short-haul international flight that is both marketed and operated by Virgin Australia. Flights must have a VA flight number.
    • Booking Channel: You must book your flights through an eligible booking channel. For this promotion, they are the Virgin Australia’s website (with your ABN included at the time of booking), through the Virgin Australia Business Flyer portal, or with your nominated Travel Management Company.
    • Fare Class: For the most part, only fare classes that accrue Velocity Points are eligible, so that excludes Reward Seat bookings. In addition, Lite fares are not eligible fares for this promotion.

    Final Words

This is a pretty lucrative promotion, and for many frequent travellers should be easy to achieve. The combination of the points bonus and the status credit bonus will benefit both the business and the individual travellers.
