World of Hyatt has kicked off a new double points promotion. This time around, Hyatt you could earn double points at participating properties in Europe, Africa, the Middle East & Asia Pacific.
Under the offer, you can collect double points on stays between 1 July and 15 September 2023 starting from your second stay.

- Registration: You must register for the promotion by 31 July 2023. You must register prior to your stay for it to be counted in the promotion
- Stay Dates: You can stay anytime between 1 July And 15 September 2023.
As is often the case with these promotions, the double points will only apply from your second stay. Unfortunately, you will not earn double points on the first stay in the promotion period.
In terms of which properties are participating, Hyatt says it includes all Hyatt branded hotels in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. In addition, participating Small Luxury Hotels of the World properties are included. This is all subject to hotels participating in World of Hyatt.
It is also worth noting that it is your checkout date that determines whether a stay will count toward the promotion. For example, if you check-in on 30 June and checkout on 1 July the stay will count. On the other hand, if you check-in on 15 September, and check-out on 16 September, the stay will not count.
Thoughts
As offers go, this is fairly straightforward. The biggest drawback seems to be the that your first stay won’t get double points.
