Le Club AccorHotels has announced it is closing down the Places by Le Club AccorHotels App. The App awarded members points and badges for performing Virtual Check-ins while staying in a participating hotel. Timeline If you have not already registered with the App, then you are out of luck. Accor has shut off new registrations to the App. They will also be withdrawing the App from the App stores, so members will no longer be able to install the App. However, if you are already registered with the App, you have 6 more months to collect points and badges. Qantas Frequent Flyers are able to earn Qantas Points when using Uber services to or from selected airports. Until now, your Frequent Flyer status determined your earn rate.
